Comments PolicyWhile comments are encouraged on The Checkmate Scientist, there are some minor conditions, mostly because of the a small number of people that enjoy abusing their ability to think and type.
So, I'd like you to share your thoughts, and I won't edit any comments for their content or links. However, I will delete any comments that I feel don't belong here. Generally speaking, those fall into one or more of the following categories:
- Spam and/or advertisements
- Comments that digress far from the post's topic (find another post to comment on!)
- Posts that add little to no value
- Comments that are personal attacks and/or hate speech
In addition, not all posts will have comments enabled. Usually these will be short comments on other content linked to.
